Hear Me?
My voice fades in waves invisible
To me. I cannot see if they slip
Down the funnels into your head
Or chase the edge of the universe.

Michel Martin on NPR’s Tell Me More is celebrating National Poetry Month with tweet-able poems of 140 characters or less. I had never tweeted before, but I gave it a try. Tweeting made me wonder where my poem went and inspired this tweet-able poem. Do tweeting and/or blogging make you feel more heard? Or less?
I haven’t gotten much into tweeting, except for use at work. Poetry might be the way to do it!
I like the idea of a tweetable poem — I may have to try my hand at a tweetable haiku.
Hmm, interesting question. I don’t tweet, but I think blogging makes me feel more heard. I like the idea of tweetable poems!
I used to listen to Michel Martin on my way to pick my daughter up from preschool every day. I don’t listen to her as often anymore, but I did happen to catch her show the other day. I like your tweet-able poem a lot. Hope it makes it on the air!
I like the unanswered question in your poem. Perfect illustration, too!
I might have to try a tweetable poem. Or some of d. elzey’s twitkus.
