in the ivy
in the dark

 

gnarled stubs
scratch at the glass
chill wind

 

unearthing the skull
in the basement
setting it in the window

    Yes! Love that last haiku and the photograph. The scariest thing I find in my basement is cobwebs and my high school year book.
